mozilla 1.0 and 1.1 in the example URL given, If you link to the page normally, (removing the #16 at the end of the URL), a banner ad appears at the top of the page. If you link to a particular entry via a named anchor, a grey box will appear in the screenspace position of the banner ad even though the actual page space location of the ad is well out of the window. It would appear to be poor rendering of an iframe element.
