When the reftests were originally written for prefers-contrast we didn't realize that you could toggle the value of LookAndFeel::IntID::UseAccessibilityTheme from a reftest. As heycam mentioned in bug 1648807 it turns out you can.
There is an example of doing the same thing for prefers-reduced-motion here.
