In bug 1634819 we fixed NewPasswordModel rules that were throwing errors from Shadow DOM (preventing the rest of the model from running) but we should ensure all rules are as effective in Shadow DOM as outside it (where it makes sense) and add tests for Shadow DOM where possible.
