Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox on a 6 inches screen. In this case, the Pinephone

Actual results:

The previous and next toolbar icons use a lot of space and it affect the usability of the urlbar that is now too cramped.

Expected results:

Page navigation toolbar icons should be moved to the main menu when the Firefox window is smaller than Nth pixels.

Supporting small screens on desktop isn't a goal at this time.
