Details

Red, orange, and yellow are colors for sportscars, fire engines, warnings, dangers, and other things in need of attracting attention quickly. Mozilla needs to attract users, but not distract those who already have icons on the desktop or Mozilla loaded. The splashscreen and web site might be tolerable with so much red, but not elsewhere. When I see red on the screen, I am drawn to think something is wrong or needs attention, and others likewise. Please replace the new icons with something appropriately less attention demanding and distractive. The pre-1.0 icon set was much nicer..

> ui design component is deprecated, please don't use it. Sorry, from your newsgroup posting today I got the impression that this bug was brand new; didn't realize you filed it before the ui design comp. became deprecated.
>The pre-1.0 icon set was much nicer.. IIRC, there were only one little green lizard in the pre-1.1 versions, not a complete icon set?
It is the green lizard (or gecko) that was nice. Plz bring it back ort make it an option. I really prefer it to the 1.1 icons set.
