Allow Audio and Video' functionality is a simple test that checks for Block Audio can be disabled and then video/audio content is properly loaded and displayed on page load.

alwu, I believe the manual test I filed this bug for is covered by browser_autoplay_policy_request_permission.js. Can you confirm?

No, that test is for adding a permission setting for specific website, the manual test you created is to change the global autoplay setting to allow, which has been already tested in [1].
