Often, but fortunately not *too* often, I go to a web site where some
dictatorial web developer has decided to turn off menus, status bars, resizing
or whathaveyou in windows they open, deciding that they know best and *why*
would *I* ever want to make the window bigger so I can read what's in it. Or
whatever. Anyway, I'd *really* *really* like to disable the ability for them to
do that; frankly, it never should have been allowed in the first place, but
that's just my Not So Humble Opinion...

This option already exists. It just does not have complete UI yet. See bug 107949.
