Often, but fortunately not *too* often, I go to a web site where some
dictatorial web developer has decided to turn off menus, status bars, resizing
or whathaveyou in windows they open, deciding that they know best and *why*
would *I* ever want to make the window bigger so I can read what's in it. Or
whatever. Anyway, I'd *really* *really* like to disable the ability for them to
do that; frankly, it never should have been allowed in the first place, but
that's just my Not So Humble Opinion...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
This option already exists. It just does not have complete UI yet. See bug 107949.
