Clicking "Print using system dialog" after clicking "Print" adds a new job to the queue

Actual Behavior
I noticed on macOS that when you initially open the tab modal and click "Print using system dialog," it opens the dialog as it should.
But after you click "Print" to add a job to the queue, the "Print using system dialog" button appears to only add subsequent jobs to the queue.
I also noticed that double clicking the "Print using system dialog" button in this state causes an error message to pop up which says:
Print Preview Error
Some printing functionality is not currently available.tab
Expected Behavior
"Print using system dialog" should always open the system dialog.

Reproduced with Fx 81.0a1 (2020-08-03) on macOS 10.15.
Verified fixed with Fx 81.0a1 (2020-08-20) on macOS 10.14 and macOS 10.15.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
