I see this error each time I load the page https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D85994 .

This reporting cause other errors as the "close" button of the error message has extra latency which indirectly causes lost of random clicks in the sub-menu which is behind.

This looks like bug 1639564 - a large diff created with moz-phab.

Revision isn't generating an error now as the latest comment was created when it landed, which doesn't contain a malformed hunk.
