Android emulators load crashtests from http://10.0.2.2:8854.

Sometimes it is desirable to run tests in a secure context to use features available only in such a context. I guess it would be more helpful if tests always ran in a secure context than never, but perhaps there may be reason to test some things in an insecure context.
