Steps to reproduce:

i reset to pontoon project, so deleted my app in heroku, so i click button to deploy to pontoon, heroku said it's 'A valid GitHub directory could not be found.' or 404 error occur. so i development menu's deploy app clicked, they said 'Couldn't find either the add-on service or the add-on plan of "raygun:intro".'

Actual results:

pontoon's deploy button is broken

Expected results:

so not to make pontoon's instance.

um, so it's not https://dashboard.heroku.com/new?template=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Fmozilla%2Fpontoon, same Couldn't find either the add-on service or the add-on plan of "raygun:intro".

... Raygun has changed - raygun:cr-free. so need editing.
