While investigating Bug 1656515 I noticed that the Bgv multi-locale AAR builds invoke mach android archive-geckoview, which produces a multi-locale GVE... but then that APK is not declared as a Taskcluster artifact.
I think this just requires adding the lines from https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/26b13464c2beb26e0d864d561c30e817a85c348a/taskcluster/ci/build/android.yml#19-24 to https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/26b13464c2beb26e0d864d561c30e817a85c348a/taskcluster/ci/build-fat-aar/kind.yml#33.
