Most of the time, booksmarks show whether a window is open or not. Occasionally,
when the last window is closed, Bookmarks also disappear.

Expected behavior: The Bookmarks list always show show, whether a window is open
or not.

This hase been true for versions 1.1a, 1.1b and 1.1 final

WorksForMe using FizzillaCFM/2002082909 on 10.1.5. I close any open Mozilla
windows and can still access the Bookmarks menu and see all the menu items I
expect to see.

Ken, can you still reproduce this problem using a current nightly build? What
Bookmarks list are you referring to, the Bookmarks menu? The Bookmarks Sidebar tab?
