bug 1486004 introduced ADBDeviceFactory but failed to make the change to raptor. I think I missed that raptor was using ADBAndroid instead of ADBDevice and failed to see it. ADBDeviceFactory has some advantages in that it better handles sharing ADBDevice instances and handling the test root if multiple attempts to create an ADBDevice are made.
