TreeHerder sometimes spawns three taskcluster "log in" windows

I'm on https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&group_state=expanded&author=kgupta%40mozilla.com and the login/logout button the top right says "log in" (indicating I'm currently logged out). Then I click on the "cancel all jobs" button for one of the pushes. I click yes on the confirm dialog. Then TreeHerder spawns three windows for logging in to taskcluster, with a 1-2 second delay.

This has been happening intermittently for a while, and is quite annoying. Not just because there's three windows when there should just be one, but also because the second window shows up (in the foreground) just as I'm about to start the login process on the first window and it disrupts the flow.
