Apple has automatic prebind updating included in 10.2, so we don't need to run
our own script (and in fact shouldn't, as it could cause weird interactions). I
played around with the built-in prebinding and found a couple of things that are
a little sucky compared to our own prebinding script on 10.1:
- the prebinding takes a lot longer. 2 minutes or so.
- auto-prebinding happens on the second launch, not the first. this will have
ramifications for warm start performance testing -- you'll want to launch twice,
let the auto prebinding complete (which takes about 2 minutes), then time
subsequent runs.

patch
r=sfraser. Maybe comment that 10.2 is based on Darwin 6.0.
