Per macOS HIG:

A stepper resides next to a field that displays its current value, because the stepper itself doesn't display a value.

The stepper in the new print sheet appears inside of the text box in macOS.

This is a standard HTML number input, so I'm not sure that we need to change it to follow the MacOS styles…

The mocks have a customized version of the stepper for this element.

Do you happen to have some CSS laying around for that version shorlander? I recall seeing a page with updated form elements but I can't dig it out of my history.
