I think HTTPS-Only Mode is getting to a point where it provides solid value to our end users. With current UI it's easily understandable in case a page is not avialable over HTTPS so that end users can easily load the http page in case the page does not yet provide https.
To be sure, let's re-evaluate telemetry from Bug 1658266 before letting it ride the trains.
