default field values cannot be seen or added via bugzilla administration

Steps to reproduce:
Hello,
I deployed on a new server bugzilla 5.0.6 and after succesfully managed to configure the basic settings I started creating new product, permissioned it and afterwards when creating a new bug I'm missing the values from product, version, component, default asignee.
I tried setting up a new field value from administration -> field values but there isn't the option Add like the in previous bugzilla version I used.
I'll attach a printscreen to ilustrate the issue.
