Some preferences for Logins and Passwords in the Privacy & Security section of Firefox settings are not synchronized by default.

1. Autofill logins and passwords
   data-l10n-id="forms-fill-logins-and-passwords"
   preference="signon.autofillForms"

2. Suggest and generate strong passwords
   data-l10n-id="forms-generate-passwords"
   preference="signon.generation.enabled"

3. Show alerts about passwords for breached websites
   data-l10n-id="forms-breach-alerts"
   preference="signon.management.page.breach-alerts.enabled"

Add new lines to the section // Preferences to be synced by default in mozilla-central/browser/app/profile/firefox.js

1. pref("services.sync.prefs.sync.signon.autofillForms", true);
2. pref("services.sync.prefs.sync.signon.generation.enabled", true);
3. pref("services.sync.prefs.sync.signon.management.page.breach-alerts.enabled", true);

Please review my proposed changes for further file modification in the repo.
