We can remove the value.type === "arrayBuffer" check from https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/3434a9df60373a997263107e6f124fb164ddebf2/devtools/shared/specs/source.js#19-29 and we should also add a comment in the form() method of the ArrayBuffer actor, because it's unusual to return this typeName, which is actually used only in the source spec for marshalling.
