I'm not sure what Component this really is...

DESCRIPTION: You might call this a feature, but I consider it a bug. Hitting
"reload" in apprunner or pressing Enter in the URL bar in viewer doesn't cause
the modifications to be erased. I think this is a recent regression.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 * Load http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~dbaron/dom/test/one-core-html/exceptions
   in apprunner or viewer
 * Press "Test" button in the page.
 * Hit "Reload" in apprunner, or hit Enter in the URL bar in viewer

ACTUAL RESULTS:
 * All the output is still there. (I think the page is reloaded when I changed
it, but it's hard to tell.)

EXPECTED RESULTS:
 * Output is gone (and page reloaded).

DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON:
 * Linux, apprunner, 1999-10-15-11-M11
 * Linux, viewer, 1999-10-15-11-M11

WORKS CORRECTLY ON:
 * older builds (I don't know how old they have to be, though...)
You know, I'm beginning to think reload just stopped working completely...
