Steps to reproduce:
I am assuming netmonitor is the same thing as the network tab.
I don't know what is causing it, but the network tab goes blank from time to time. If I open a new tab and open the dev tools it comes back.
I using the latest version of Firefox Dev Edition
I was reviewing network requests then it went blank on me. This has happed once per day for the last three days.

This sounds like a serious bug, thanks for reporting.
Do you see any exception in the Browser Console?
Anything that could help us to identify the problem?
Of course, if you could provide reproducible test case that would be the best.

Seeing the same. My Network Tab goes blank on first reload. Console Tab is always blank. Restart with Add-Ons Disabled makes no difference. Note: my preferences are locked down security-wise,but I couldn't see anything that would apply. I've attached my "Troubleshooting Info".

Clear needinfos that are pending on inactive users.
Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE
