FATAL ERROR: Non-local network connections are disabled and a connection attempt to wpt.live (35.223.122.27) was made.

wpt.live is part of the <base> element: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/rev/2cacf60844a7f651600ec480e49aec2694cc3db7#l1.11

Test will get disabled on asan until it's fixed.
