Details
When sending a message to an encrypted mailing list, the message must be encrypted to each list members public key. With Enigmail, this can be done using per-recipient rules (PRR).
Also using Enigmail, an alternative way was to use a group line within the gpg.conf file containing the key IDs of all list members.
None of the above currently works with TB OpenPGP.
