Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 200816(81.0a1-20200812034418)
Operating System: OnePlus 6 (Android 10) - 1080 x 2280 pixels (~402 ppi pixel density)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access https://www.formula1.com/en/vote.html.
2. Observe the voting section.

Expected Behavior:
The picture from the voting section is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
The voting section picture is not displayed.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome 84.0.4147.125.
2. Disabling the ETP solves the issue.

This breakage is because the 'cloudfront.net' origin is on the level 2 list. I can fix this issue when I added it into the skip URLS.

This can be fixed by adding d35nw2lg0ahg0v.cloudfront.net/ to privacy.restrict3rdpartystorage.partitionedHosts. This provides temporary, partitioned localStorage access. (Note this is different than the partitioning provided by dFPI).
