Environment:
Browser / Version: Firefox Focus 8.5.1 (🦎 78.0-20200708170202), Firefox Nightly 200816 (🦎 81.0a1-20200812034418)
Operating System: Huawei P20 Lite (Android 8.0.0) - 1080 x 2280 pixels, 19:9 ratio (~432 ppi density), Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge (Android 7.0) - 1440 x 2560 pixels (~577 ppi pixel density)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://medialeaks.ru/1208tat-belarus-grandma/
2. Scroll down the page and observe Twitter posts.

Expected Behavior:
Twitter content fully loads.

Actual Behavior:
Twitter content does not fully load.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. The issue is not reproducible with ETP - Standard enabled.

The issue still occurs, with ETP - Strict Twitter content is not displayed.

If embedded Twitter contents require cookies from twitter.com (third party cookie) to embed contents, this is the right behavior.
