The desktop account-ecosystem ping is sending limited environment info, but we don't have this included in the ping schema. We noticed this today in the data platform health meeting as we reviewed stats for tables with missing columns.

We should add those fields to the JSON schema so that appropriate columns start getting populated in BQ.
