Though I did try to add a test case for the bug in printpreview_helper.xhtml, but it seems like sjs-ed image doesn't get loaded there at all.
Attaching file is the diff to add the test case. I think I am doing silly mistakes there, but I haven't found it at all.
Anyways, I think we do want to fix the crash bug (bug 1659432) as soon as possible, so I am going to defer the test here in this bug.
