There are color contrast issues for the browser icon list displayed in the CSS compatibility tooltip, making the icons difficult to see.
This bug will explore different color pallets for the browser icons in the CSS compatibility tooltip.

Since we want to enable the feature, let's try to fix this.
I'm also always confused about what is the meaning of the icon (is it supported or not supported), so hopefully, we can pick a color that will make this clearer

The tooltip background is lighter than the regular panel background,
which made the icons not contrasted enough.
