When printing a PDF with Save to PDF it gets the .pdf extension twice

When printing a PDF (named mypdf.pdf) to PDF we automatically add .pdf to the filename to ensure it's correctly saved as a PDF, which results in mypdf.pdf.pdf.

Reproduced with Fx 81.0a1 (2020-08-19) on Windows 10.
Verified fixed with Fx 82.0a1 (2020-08-26) and Fx 81.0b2 on Windows 10, macOS 10.15 and Ubuntu 18.04.
