Scrolling down using space bar ignores <p> marks

Details
When scrolling down one page with space bar or page down or clicking the side
bar the paragraphs are chopped in two making it difficult to read a paragraph
that spills below the bottom of the screen. I think it would not be hard to
force the page down to start at the last paragraph on the current screen and
this behaviour is already implemented in certain other browsers. It would make
Mozilla that little bit more compelling than it already is.

Yes, I agree, it looks like a dupe, although the way it was described first time
round could explain why it has not been resolved yet :)
