(In reply to Wayne Mery (:wsmwk) from comment #3)
Is there any reason to believe this still exists?
I would be good to confirm, but yes I would assume so as I'm not aware of a change that would have an fixed it. It seems similar to - or even a dupe of - bug 1824942, where we don't display the URL until we've got a connection, leading to the possibility that we'll save the session and lose that URL if the window or application is closed in the meantime.

Hi people.
I reported that bug when I was on a slow Win 7 computer with a slow internet connection. In the video, you can see how it behaves on a slow system.
The strange thing is, it shows "Bugzilla Main Page" for a very short moment (so it seems to have that information), then it shows "New Tab" again, and only when the page has loaded, it shows "Bugzilla Main Page" again. I wonder why it doesn't show it immediately.
I am on a faster computer now with a better internet connection, so it is difficult to test, but I detect that when a bookmark is clicked, the old page title stays in the tab, until the new page is loaded. Which is not great feedback in my opinion. Would make more sense when the page title immediately changes. Or, if the page title is not available, some other useful information, like the URL or the name of the Bookmark.
BTW, I would not classify it as "defect", more as "inconvenience".
