on http://www.ndrinfo.de there is a link called "Programm" near the upper left
corner of the page. it leads to
http://www.ndrinfo.de/pages/info_idx/0,2236,SPM10,00.html
clicking on that link opens an empty page for me in mozilla 1.1
in netscape 4.79, it opens the "Programme" page without problems.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open http://www.ndrinfo.de
2. click on "Programme" (top left)


Actual Results:  
empty page is opened, showing
http://www.ndrinfo.de/pages/info_idx/0,2236,SPM10,00.html in the location bar

Expected Results:  
display http://www.ndrinfo.de/pages/info_idx/0,2236,SPM10,00.html

Title is closed using:
  </</title>

This makes Mozilla ignore the </title> and ignoring that causes bug 42945.

Note sure about duping because of the strange close tag.
