166063 - Can't Drag & Drop URL from Navigation Bar to bottom of folder, or in folder with sub-folders only

On v1.1 /Win95:

D&D is working, with this exceptions:

*the small black line is allways showned on top of a bookmark:
 no way to add a bookmark at the bottom of a folder.

*I have a folder with two sub-folders only (no bookmark):
 *Can't add on top: the first sub-folder opens
 *Can't add between the two sub-folders: the second sub-folder opens

It's much better, but the bug is still there, and has changed:

*bottom of folder: now it's the opposite == can't add at top of folder (I get an
interdiction mouse cursor) :->

*2 sub-folders only: now it's working, except on top (see above)

Are you sure that the bookmark doesn't get placed above the first item in the
folder, despite the lack of a feedback line?

I don't have that black line either, but if I drop a link on top of the first
item, i.e. below the point where the interdiction cursor appear and above the
point where the feedback line below the first item appear, a bookmark will be
created at the top of the folder.

You are right !

(Because the feedback line is not there, I did not try to release the mouse
button :-<)


Then, I guess the initial bug which I reported was actually fixed between v1.1
and v1.2a: see http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166063#c1.

Agreed:
my 166063 bug seems to have been a duplicate of both
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=148285 and
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101059 !

I must have done a search on both "drag" _and_ "drop", while theses 2 bugs have
only one of theses words in their subject :-<

You may want to change my "Resolved Fixed" to a more accurate "Duplicate".
