Details

In Bug 1659112, we created a set in print.js of save-to-pdf printers that are also written here: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/widget/windows/nsDeviceContextSpecWin.cpp#138-151,153,156. We should find a place to properly merge these two lists to avoid repetition.
