If Region is US:
Nightly 82 - affected since CC is enabled by default
Beta 81 - affected since CC is enabled by default
Release 80 - affected but behind disabled pref

Tested on:
Windows 10 x64
MacOS 10.13

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reach Target.com payment form
2. Click on the CC number field (observe cc autofill dropdown is not displayed)
3. Type in a dummy CC number (observe the CC expiration fields will be revealed)
4. Click on the expiration field and cardholder name fields and hover over the suggested CC profile

Expected Results:

1. Credit Card autofill preview should correctly highlight and fill visually all the fields
2. Selecting a stored CC profile from the autofill dropdown of any eligible field should correctly fill in all the relevant fields

Actual Results:

1. Clicking on the CC field on page load will not toggle the CC autofill dropdown
   *Chrome: same behavior - site issue
2. Since we filled in manually the CC number field to toggle all the other fields, CC number field will not be previewed or auto-filled if we select any profile from the autofill dropdown of the other fields.
   *Chrome behavior: will correctly preview and autofill the CC number field
3. While toggling the autofill preview from the cardholder name the placeholder of the expiry date will overlap the preview and vice-versa.
   *Chrome behavior: same

Regression-Range:
Doesn't seem to be a regression, same behavior on Nightly 79.

Severity Suggestion:
Since Chrome behavior is mostly the same due to site compatibility, maybe it would be worth evaluating to improve the Firefox experience to handle the CC card number preview and autofill as mentioned in Actual Results point 2. Suggesting S3-S4 severity given CC autofill partially works but mostly blocked by site issues, similar to Chrome.
