1661500 - Option to display start and end time of event in multiweek view

Steps to reproduce:

In Calendar
In Multiweek or Month views there are no times shown on left side as you would see in 'Day' or 'week' view. No problem.

Actual results:

Select 'Multiweek' or 'Month' view
Event start time is shown followed by Title of Event.

Expected results:

Request : in 'Options/Preferences' > 'Calendar'
Facility to choose times : 'show start time' and 'show end time'.
So either, both or neither can be selected.

Meaning if both times are selected:
when 'Multiweek' view is selected, both start and end times are displayed followed by Title of Event.

Requested by a user asking for help in the support forum.
Showing both times when no time is shown on left would improve workflow.

I thought it was worth due consideration as it has some logic and means easy viewing of several events and tasks in Calendar whilst focus is creating new events/tasks that are designed to work around those already created.
It would save constant backward and forward hovering between the Calendar event items to see different times for different events and the Event in creation.
