Bug 1660896 disabled some test cases under clang-11 on Linux debug builds. Since that bug is going to be marked resolved by the patch, I'm opening this separate bug to represent the fact that there is still an underlying problem remaining, although we don't currently have the time to investigate.
Just as mysteriously as these failures appeared in clang-11, they are gone in clang-12.

There's a r+ patch which didn't land and no activity in this bug for 2 weeks.
