1661662 - Mismatch between settings and preview

Description

STR:

1. Open the print dialog with the destination set to a printer (e.g. on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/firstrun/)
2. Change the page orientation to landscape
3. Cancel the dialog and reopen it
4. Switch destination to "Save to PDF"

ER: the preview and the setting should be align
AR: the preview shows in portrait, while the settings shows "Landscape"

This sounds like a bug I've heard about before, I think maybe Mark and I were talking about it?

I was able to reproduce Martin's steps on macOS Catalina (10.15.6).

Jwatt's patch in bug 1653319 is going to resolve this issue. I'll double check on this again once that bug is closed.
