ctrl+wheel zoom used to work well, long ago, but unfortunately there are no tests for that, I believe.
These days ctrl+wheel seems to work occasionally, depending on where mouse is (I think), but in some cases it just does nothing.
The issue seems to happen both in old and new print preview UI.
