FYI, I couldn't reproduce the issue you have reported on my system, the messages you have mentioned are shown correctly on my system.
The reason is probably because you have a proxy configuration and I don't.

Can confirm, when setting "no proxy" all mails can be read. Cool that You found out so quick.

OpenPGP correctness, no risk. (We attempt to pass on parameters from one area to another, and that code is failing. But it can be removed, because nobody is using the parameter.)
