1662155 - Add the rotor items that are disabled by default

In the VoiceOver utility, Web category, Web Rotor tab, VoiceOver keeps a list of all rotor items it supports, which can be turned on or off by the user. By default, all items we have individual bugs for, are enabled by default. The rest are not enabled by default, but can be activated by the user. These include:

• Frames
• Images
• Individual form controls such as:
• • Buttons
• • Radio button groups
• • Text fields (presumably all kinds including passwords and textareas as well as search fields)
• • Checkboxes
• Lists
• Lines (although I am not sure if these are actual table rows or text lines)
• static text
• visited links
• not visited links
• Dynamic areas (I supposed these are live regions).

Putting this bug on P3 since I think we can deal with these after we've implemented all the ones that are enabled by default.

Marco, I think we did most of these. Is there anything that stands out that we can spin as a separate p3 bug and close this one?

Yes, if we're still missing any, these can all be done as separate bugs. No need to keep this kind of meta one.
