1662431 - Credit Card autofill preview and clear form issues on several sites

Affected version:
All - if CC specific prefs are enabled

Tested on:
Windows 10 and MacOS

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have several CC profiles saved
2. Reach the payment form of any of the affected sites
3. Toggle the autofill dropdown for each CC field and hover over the options
   Observe issue #1
4. Click on any of the CC options to fill in all the fields
   Observe issue #2
5. Double-click on any of the autofilled fields (except the one from which you choosed to autofill) and check the autofill dropdown options
   Observe issue #3

Expected Results:

1. Autofill preview should be displayed for all eligible fields while hovering over a CC profile from the dropdown
2. Once the fields were autofilled, that should be visually marked via the autofill highlight
3. The "Clear Form" option should be displayed in the doorhanger upon double clicking on any autofilled field.

Actual:

1. Autofill preview is missing
2. Autofill highlight is not displayed for the filled in fields
3. The "Clear Form" option is no displayed in the dropdown

3. https://shop.hellolumio.com
4. https://apothekeco.com

Note:
The Expiry Date format issue is handled in Bug 1657840. All the above-mentioned sites use the same form format.

Regression-Range:
Not regressions, credit card autofill did not work before on these sites, for more info see Bug 1657840.

Severity Suggestion:
Since this as P2-P3 priority sites and CC autofill didn't work before, suggesting S2-S3 severity due to the missing basic functionalities, such as: preview and clear form.

Aside from the issue with the expiration date, Chrome has the same behavior as Firefox.
