1662457 - Several issues with Credit Card autofill preview and clear form on Porter&York and The Good Batch

Affected version:
All - if CC specific prefs are enabled

Tested on:
Windows 10 and MacOS

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have several CC profiles saved
2. Reach the payment form of any of the affected sites
3. Toggle the autofill dropdown for each CC field and hover over the options
   Observe issue #1
4. Select any saved CC number for the C number field
   Observe issue #2
5. Double click on the Expiry date Field
   Observe issue #3

Expected Results:

1. Autofill preview should be displayed for all eligible fields while hovering over a CC profile from the dropdown
2. If the autofilled is done from the CC number field, both the expiry date and CC number should be highlighted and autofilled
3. The "Clear Form" option should be displayed in the doorhanger upon double clicking on any autofilled field.

Actual:

1. Autofill preview is missing
2. Autofill highlight is displauyed only for the Expiry Date (if CC number autofill dropdown was toggled before or vice-versa)
3. The "Clear Form" option is displayed only in the dropdown for the field where we toggled autofill functionality

Similar issues reproducible on Chrome, attached recording for comparison.

Regression-Range:
Not regressions, the same issue was visible in Bug 1657861

Severity Suggestion:
Since this are P3 priority sites and autofill does work but with slight malfunctions, considering S4 severity.
