1662466 - Perma TEST-UNEXPECTED-PASS on Win7-opt for css-grid/subgrid/grid-gap-007.html

Since the patches in bug 1533462 landed, which force the deferred font loader to run immediately for WPT tests to avoid unpredictable behavior mid-test, we're seeing a perma-PASS on grid-gap-007.html which is currently annotated as failing on Win7-opt only.

These are getting incorrectly starred as "intermittent 1651039", but that was for an intermittent FAILURE on this test; the orange here is an "expected" failure that is no longer happening, and seems to be consistent.

Hence filing a separate bug to remove that annotation. Time will tell whether some intermittent failures (on any platform) do still occur.
