Steps to reproduce:
Users can currently still start creating Firefox For Android bugs, with zero signal that all the effort they're putting into writing a good bug is going to get completely thrown away once they hit the submit button, when they are confronted with "entering a bug into the product Firefox for Android has been disabled".
That's kind of horrible: can we make sure folks get a notice about where they should be filing issues instead, before they ever got to the new bug form? And also at the very least make the text for that rejection page say where they should go instead.
