First all Mozilla windows (browser or mailer) are minimized and left inactive
for about an hour, then we click again on one of them, it would take Mozilla
about 5 minutes to display everything and become responsive. During these 5
minutes, Mozilla would thus behave as "Not Responding" (we could check this in
Task Manager). I think impatient users would just kill the process and start again.
It's thus necessary to improve this problem. Maybe Mozilla doesn't need to
release too much resources back to system, just like Outlook which is always
responsive no matter how long it's left unused.
This problem occurs whether Quick Launch is active or not.
