Clearing stale needinfo to get this out of the APZ triage queue. It's not obvious to me how bug 1533462 could have caused this, so I'm not sure it's actually a regression from that, but I'll leave the field alone for now. This bug in general seems very low frequency so it doesn't need urgent attention.
