I was able to reproduce the issue on my Moto G5 on 9to5google: Chrome's first draw is around 3.2s and the latest Fenix Nightly's first draw is around 9.5s. Here's a side-by-side comparison: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CwouJDpuGMgEYqj-L024P8YeDAwcTaAX/view?usp=sharing
I was not able to reproduce the issue on the Pinterest home page, not logged in – the first draw occurred around the same time. The pages were identical except the the "Continue with Google" button appeared several seconds later (10s?) in Chrome but it seemed like it could be a fluke. Ideally, I'd test logged in but I don't have an account.
